An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 66 for the improvement of Railroad Avenue in the City of Ballard from the north line of "A" Street to the south line of Ship Street, under Ordinance No. 546, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
