An Ordinance providing for the construction of a sewer on Ship Street from the center line of Langridge Avenue to the center line of Denton Avenue; on Second Avenue from the center line of Ship Street to the center line of Broadway; on Broadway from the center line of Second Avenue to the center line of Fourth Avenue, inclosing temporary connections with a plank box on Fourth Avenue, to assess the cost and expense of such main sewer to and against all the property included within such district which is contiguous or approximate to said streets in which such main sewer is placed, by levying special taxes upon such property within said sewer district, in accordance with the last general assessment of the land, exclusive of all the improvement, for city purposes and establishing Local Improvement District No. 80.
