An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of Chestnut Street between the east line of Fifth Avenue West and the west line of Third Avenue West and between the east line of Second Avenue West and the west line of Railroad Avenue in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the Contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
