An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council to improve Broadway from the west line of Main Street to the east of Third Avenue by constructing a cement sidewalk eight (8) feet wide on both sides of Broadway with wood curb and gutter, to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefitted by the construction of said improvement.
