An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 72 for the improvement of Baker Street from the east line of First Avenue West to the west line of Railroad Avenue, under Ordinance No. 601, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
