An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Ballard to construct a main sewer on Sixth Avenue West between the center line of Schooner street and an outlet in Salmon Bay as designated by the plans and specifications thereof, and on Ship Street between the center line of Clise Avenue and the center line of Sixth Avenue West; to establish an assessment district and to assess the cost and expense of such main sewer to and against all the property included within such district which is contiguous or approximate to said streets in which such main sewer is placed, by levying special taxes upon such property, within such sewer district in accordance with the last general assessment of the land exclusive of all improvements, for City purposes.
