An Ordinance providing for the construction of a sewer on Shilshole Avenue between a point 675 feet southeast of the center line of Second Avenue West and the east line of Fourth Avenue West in the City of Ballard; to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefitted by the construction of said sewer, and providing for the payment of said cost and expense and establishing a sub-sewer district and Local Improvement District No. 3.
