An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 69 for the improvement of Ballard Avenue in the City of Ballard between the south line of Broadway and the center line of Second Avenue West by the construction of a sewer thereon under Ordinance No. 576, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll, providing for the collection thereof.
