An Ordinance levying a special assessment to redeem the first annual installment and interest to mature and become payable upon the bonds of Local Improvement District No. 47, issued under authority of Ordinance No. 543 for the improvement of Crawford Street under Ordinance No. 447, in accordance ordinance with the assessment roll of said district, approved by Ordinance No. 522, and providing for the collection thereof.
