Abstract
An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Ballard to improve Times Street between the east line of Sixth Avenue West and the east line of Eighth Avenue West by clearing, grubbing, grading and constructing a cement sidewalk six (6) feet wide on both to the abutting property benefitted by the construction of said improvement.
