An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Broadway from the west line of Main Street to the east line of Third Avenue by constructing a cement sidewalk eight (8) feet wide on both sides of said street between said points with wood curb and gutter, to assess the cost thereof the property abutting thereon property benefitted by the construction of said improvement and providing for the payment of said cost and expense and establishing Local Improvement District No. 82.
