An Ordinance providing for the construction of a main sewer on Sixth Avenue West between the center line of Schooner Street and an outlet in Salmon Bay as designated by the plans and specification of said main sewer and on Ship Street between the center line of Clise Avenue and the center line of Sixth Avenue West; to assess the cost and expense of such main sewer to and against all the property included within such district which is contiguous or approximate to said streets in which such main sewer in placed, by levying special taxes upon such property within said sewer district in accordance with the last general assessment of the land exclusive of all improvements, for City purposes, to establish an assessment district embracing such land and property and establishing Local Improvement District No. 83.
