An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 74 for the improvement of Ballard Avenue in the City of Ballard and between the center line of Second Avenue West and the center line of First Avenue West, by the construction of a sewer thereon under Ordinance No. 604, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
