An Ordinance providing for the construction of a sub-sewer on State Street, between the center line of Second Avenue West and a point 278 feet east of an west line of First Avenue West in the City of Ballard to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefitted by the construction of said sewer and providing for the payment of said cost and expense, and establishing a sub-sewer District No. 4.
