An Ordinance providing for the improvement of North Street between the west line of Railroad Avenue and the east line of Main Street and to improve Main Street between the south line of North Street and a point 33 feet north of the south line of Ship Street, and to improve Ship Street between the east line of Langridge Avenue and the west line of Main Street on the north side of Ship Street by clearing, grubbing, grading and constructing wood sidewalks on both sides of said streets between said points; and the south 33 feet of Ship Street between the west line of Main Street on the north and the west line of Main Street on the south by clearing, grubbing, grading and constructing a wood sidewalk on the south side of said street between said points; and to assess the cost thereof to the property abutting thereon and property benefitted by the construction of said improvement and providing for payment of said cost and expense and establishing Local Improvement District No. 85.
