An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 73, for the improvement of State Street between the west line of First Avenue West and the east line of Fourth Avenue, under Ordinance No. 606 and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
