An Ordinance providing for the construction of a sub-sewer on Crawford Street between a point 278 cost of the east line of First Avenue West and the center line of Second Avenue West in the City of Ballard to assess to cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefitted by the construction of said sewer and providing for the payment of said cost and expense, and establishing a sub- sewer District No. 5.
