An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Ballard to improve Brig Street between the west line of Langridge Avenue and the east line of Main Street, and Main Street between the north line of Brig Street and the north City limits by clearing, grubbing, grading and constructing wood sidewalks, curb and gutter on both sides south of Schooner Street and on one side only north of Schonner Street, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property benefitted by the construction of said improvement.
