An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of Railroad Avenue between the north line of "A" Street and the south line of Ship Street in the City of Ballard fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and the authorizing their delivery to the Contractors constructing the improvement, in payment therefor.
