Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of Baker Street from the east line of First Avenue West to the west line of Railroad Avenue in the City of Ballard fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and the authorizing their delivery to the Contractors constructing the improvement in payment therefor.
