An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Brig Street between the west line of Langridge Avenue and the east line of Main Street, and Main Street between the north line of Brig Street and the north city limits by clearing grubbing, grading and constructing wood sidewalks, curb and gutter on both sides south of Schooner Street and on one side only north of Schooner Street, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property benefitted by the construction of said improvement, included within the Improvement District, and providing for the payment of said cost and expense and establishing Local Improvement District No. 89.
