An Ordinance providing for the construction of a sub-sewer on "C" Street between the center line of First Avenue and the west line of Main Street in the City of Ballard to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefitted by the construction of said sewer and providing for the payment of said cost and expense, and establishing a sub-sewer District No. 6.
