Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Comptroller to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of State Street between the west line of First Avenue West and the east line of Fourth Avenue in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the Contractors constructing the improvements, in payment therefor.
