An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 80 for the improvement of Ship Street from the center line of Langridge Avenue to the center line of Denton Avenue; on Second Avenue from the center line of Ship Street to the center line of Broadway; of Broadway from the center line of Second Avenue to the center line of Fourth Avenue by the construction of a sewer thereon under Ordinance No. 638 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
