An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 78 for the improvement of Polk Street between the west line of Fifth Avenue West and the east line of Sixth Avenue West, and for the improvement of Fifth Avenue West between the north line of Post Street and the north line of Ship Street, under Ordinance No. 621 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
