An ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 85 for the improvement of North Street between the west line of Railroad Avenue and the east line of Main Street, and to improve Main Street between the south line of North Street and a point 33 feet north of the south line of Ship Street and to improve Ship Street between the east line of Langridge Avenue and the west line of Main Street on the north side of Ship Street, by clearing, grubbing, grading and constructing wood sidewalks on both sides of said street between said points: and the south 33 ft. of Ship Street between the west line of Main Street on the north, and the west line of Main Street on the south, by clearing, grubbing, grading and constructing wood sidewalks on the south side of said street between said points; under Ordinance No. 664, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
