An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 84 for the improvement of Times between the east line of Sixth Avenue West and the east line of Eighth Avenue West, under Ordinance No. 654, and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
