An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 3 for the construction of a sub-sewer on Shilshole Avenue in the City of Ballard between a point 675 feet Southeast of the center line of Second Avenue West and the east line of Fourth Avenue West under Ordinance No. 646 and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
