An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of Polk Street between the west line of Fifth Avenue West and the east line of Sixth Avenue West, and for the improvement of Fifth Avenue West between the north line of Post Street and the south line of Ship Street, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
