An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of North Street between the west line of Railroad venue and the east line of Main Street, an Main Street between the south line of North Street and a point 33 feet north of the south line of Ship Street, and Ship Street between the east line of Langridge avenue and the west line of Main Street on the north side of Ship Street, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment therefor.
