An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local sub-sewer Improvement District No. 6 for the construction of a sub-sewer on "C" Street between the center line of First Avenue and the west line of Main Street under Ordinance No. 683 and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
