An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for improving Times Street between the east line of Sixth Avenue West and the east line of Eighth Avenue West in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereof on and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvements, in payment thereof.
