Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of Park Place between the east line of Ballard Avenue and the west line of Burke Avenue, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
