Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Comptroller to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of Broadway between the west line of Main Street and the east line of Third Avenue, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
