An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Sub-sewer Improvement District No. 5 for the construction of a sub-sewer on Crawford Street between a point 278 feet east out of the General Fund of the City of Seattle, to pay the claim of the east line of First Avenue West and the center line of Second Avenue West under Ordinance No. 670 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
