An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Sub-sewer Improvement District No. 4 for the construction of a sub-sewer on State Street between t he center line of Second Avenue West and a point 278 feet east of the east line of First Avenue West under Ordinance No. 661 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
