An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 83 for the improvement of Sixth Avenue West between the center line of Schooner Street and an outlet in Salmon Bay as designated by the plans and specifications of main sewer, and of Ship Street between the center line of Clise Avenue and the center line of Sixth Avenue West by the construction of a main sewer thereon under Ordinance No. 653, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
