An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Sub-sewer Improvement District No. 7 for the construction of a sub-sewer on North Street, between a point 278 feet east of the east line of First Avenue West and the center line of Second Avenue West, under Ordinance No. 696 and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
