An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 735, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Railroad Avenue by planking the roadway thereon sixteen (16) feet wide between the west line of Railroad Avenue on "C" Street and a point 26 feet south of the north line of "A" Street, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefitted by the construction of said improvement, and establishing Local Improvement District No. 93", passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor January 19, 1904.
