An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 93 for the improvement of Railroad Avenue between the west line of Railroad Avenue on "C" Street and a point 26 fee south of the north line of "A" Street, under Ordinance No. 735 as amended by Ordinance No. 752 amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
