An Ordinance providing for the construction of a sub-sewer on Leary Avenue from the center line of First Avenue to a point 20 feet south of the south line of Broadway in the City of Ballard, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefitted by the construction of said sub-sewer and providing for payment of said cost and expense and establishing a sub-sewer District No. II.
