An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of Railroad Avenue between the west line of Railroad Avenue on "C" Street and a point 26 feet south of the north line of "A" Street in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment therefor.
