An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of local sub sewer improvement district No. 8 for the construction of a sub sewer on Times street between the west line of Second Avenue and the center line of Sixth Avenue under Ordinance No. 732, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
