An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of local sub sewer improvement district No. 9 for the construction of a sub sewer on Tallman Avenue between a point 35 feet southeasterly from the south line of Broadway to the center line of First Avenue, under Ordinance No. 749, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
