An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of local improvement district No. 89 for the improvement of Brig Street between the west line of Langridge Avenue and the east line of Main Street; and Main Street between the north line of Brig Street and the north city limits, under Ordinance No. 680 and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
