An Ordinance authorizing the mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of Post Street between the east line of First Avenue West and the west line of Railroad Avenue in the City of Ballard fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvements in payment therefor.
