An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 124, entitled "An Ordinance grading to the Seattle & Montana Railroad Company its successors and assigns, the right privilege authority and franchise to locate lay down construct, finish and maintain a railway consisting of one or more tracks in along over and upon Shilshole Avenue and the avenues streets and alleys that cross or intersect the same in the City of Ballard in the State of Washington.
