An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 90 for the improvement of Second Avenue between the north line of Ballard Avenue and the south line of Leary Avenue under Ordinance No. 681 and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
