An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of local improvement district No. 87 for the improvement of Spring Avenue between the center line of Ship Street and an outlet in Salmon Bay as designated by the plans and specifications, and of Ship Street between the center line of Main Street and the west line of Division Avenue by the construction of a main sewer thereon under Ordinance No. 675, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
