An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of Brig Street between the west line of Langridge Avenue and the east line of Main Street and Main Street between the north line of Brig Street and the north city limits, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon, and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
